504 Gateway Time-Out on WP.org

I have created my first theme for WordPress. I am trying to upload it to http://wordpress.org/themes/upload but after submitting the theme and hitting upload button, the page is showing: “504 Gateway Time-out” error. My theme’s zip file is 313 KB.
