Custom Menu Icon class

    Hi Rachel,

    Would it be possible to add a custom class option for the CPT Menu Icon?

    You can currently add a URL to an image, however this means you can’t use any icon fonts for the new CPTs.

    An option to override the menu_icon_post to menu_icon_{post_type} would be an awesome addition.

    Hello.

    I found out that the image URL field can be used for the default dashicons.
    The default dashicons are listed here: http://melchoyce.github.io/dashicons/

    So, you select an icon from this list and then paste its name into the image URL field, like so: dashicons-welcome-write-blog
