I understand that commercial products are not supported.
My issue is related to a commercial product, But is not limited by a commercial product.
I was simply just saying that SimplePress was the theme I was using incase people have used it before and may be able to lead me in the right direction.
The Information I am after would be adaptive to pretty much any theme using wordpress.

You can set up a custom menu in the dashboard http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_Screen
Then call on that menu in the template your theme uses that appears on each page (e.g header.php) http://codex.wordpress.org/Navigation_Menus
