Error message – webroot – cannot enter site at all

I am getting this error message after updating theme:

Warning: require(/webroot/s/u/subli005/primary/www/wp-content/themes/genesis/inc/customizer.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /webroot/s/u/subli005/primary/www/wp-content/themes/prose/functions.php on line 196

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/webroot/s/u/subli005/primary/www/wp-content/themes/genesis/inc/customizer.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php52/pear’) in /webroot/s/u/subli005/primary/www/wp-content/themes/prose/functions.php on line 196

Can anybody tell me what I have to do to correct this? I don’t even know for sure what version I have now because I cannot get back into the dashboard. It is probably the most recent.

Looks like a problem with your theme – you can deactivate it by using FTP or CPanel to access your site files on the server and change the name on that theme folder here:
```
wp-content
   themes
      prose.HOLD
```

Oh, one other thing that just occurred to me is that you may have a theme name problem here – as there’s evidently a Genesis Child theme named “Prose” and a totally different theme by the same name here:

http://wordpress.org/themes/prose

If you updated the “wrong” one, that would likely cause problems :(.

Thanks to whomever sent me the email! I changed the directory from “prose” to “prose.HOLD”.

Unfortunately, now the theme that I had used is completely messed up. I can no longer modify header,footer, or menus. I don’t know what has happened!!!!!

Do you have a backup of your site?

Looks like you are using the Genesis version of Prose so you may want to ask StudioPress for help with this – as they provide support for their commercial themes.

I can´t get into StudioPress with the passwords I currently have and their protocol for changing it requires me to – you guessed it – log in. I´ve replied to them on the email they sent me with the password change link (that doesn´t work). My problem is not that I can´t get into the dashboard but that the website http://www.spainstruck.com does not appear at all on the Internet. Please help me to resolve this. Thank you, Maureen.
