Canvas Theme – Add "Global" Search Form to Navigation, Not Just Products

So there are many tutorials out there to add a search form to the theme header or primary navigation.

The problem is all tutorials I have found only search within WooCommerce products.

I want to find a way, most likely through functions, to add a search form in my navigation or header that searches globally through posts, pages and products.

Anyone know how to do this?
