    Hello,
I just made the shift to the latest version of customizr and I have this error RSS:

XML parsing error: XML processing instruction, or text not at the beginning of an external entity
    Location: http://ouvre-la.org/feed/
    Line Number 5, Column 1: <xml version = "1.0" encoding = "UTF-8"?>
    ^

I have this error on two different sites
Would you have an idea, a track?
    thank you
    Merry Christmas to everyone
    cordially

  • What happens if you temporarily change theme? E.g. Does it happen with the twentytwelve theme?

    Hello,
By changing the theme I have the same error?

I’m not sure if you mean that as a statement or a question.

If a statement, then it’s not a Customizr problem: you probably have a rogue plugin that’s causing the problem. Deactivate all your plugins and then reactivate them one by one to find which causes the problem.

If it’s a question, then my answer is: Not necessarily, but if you do have the same error with a different theme, it means that it’s not a Customizr problem (see above).

    Hello,
No, what I’m saying is that I use two different sites: wordpress 3.8 and Customizr 3.1.5.Sur these two sites the RSS is dead.
I deactivated all plugins and I still have this error:

` XML parsing error: XML processing instruction, or text not at the beginning of an external entity
    Location: http://ouvre-la.org/feed/
    Line Number 5, Column 1: <xml version = “1.0” encoding = “UTF-8”?>
    ^`
I also took all fichiers.php theme + all atom files and rss.J ‘ve deleted files in all these spaces to see but the error persists on both sites.Si I change themes I also this error!

Ok, if changing themes also gives you this error, then it’s not a Customizr problem, but something else. Try deactivating all your plugins. If that solves the problem, then reactivate them one by one to find out which is causing the problem.

I think I found the problème.J ‘ve installed a mu-plugin with this code inside:

    / / rss pictures
    imageRSS function ($ content) {global $ post; if (has_post_thumbnail ($ post-> ID)) {$ content =”. get_the_post_thumbnail ($ post-> ID, ‘thumbnail’, array (‘style’ => ‘float: right; margin: 10px 0 0 10px;’)). ”. $ pleased;} return $ content;} add_filter (‘the_excerpt_rss’, ‘imageRSS’) add_filter (‘the_content_feed’, ‘imageRSS’);

If I activate mu-plugin, I have no RSS.
How to include this piece of code to get the images in the rss feed in the file function.php
    thank you

You need to ask the author of the plugin, or ask on the plugin’s forum.

    Hello,
The problem came from the file class-content-breadcrumb.php thème.Des the spaces at the end of this file:
    } / / end of class

    ?>

    FEED

I’m looking at the 3.1.5 core file and don’t see any spaces?

    }//end of class
    ?>
