Fields still out of order in 3.6.9 in register form

Hello Jeff,
This is just to let you know that the bug we discussed a while back is still present in 3.6.9.
When filling in the registration form, pressing tab doesn’t go to the next field for all fields.
I have managed to correct this partially by copying register-form.php into my theme folder and adding tabindex=x for the first two fields (user_login and user_email), and this makes tab work for the first four fields, unfortunately the next fields are not accessible in the form, so I cannot add a tabindex and as result when pressing tab after lastname the cursor goes into the main menu instead of going to the next field (password).
Is there any way you could fix this, or let us know how to fix this?
