Thanks Nieds. In the next version I am going to add a filter that will allow the admin to calculate points however he or she desires. That will allow for ‘unusual’ PTS calculations. I’ll have to think about how to handle teams with the same number of PTS. Perhaps I will allow the field to be decimal, sort on it, then only display integers.

I solved the problem with teams with same points. I ordered standings by rank – there was another problem (you cann’t numerate 1, 2, 3…), but if you numerate 01, 02, 03,…,10, 11, 12.. etc. it works nice! 🙂

Good timing. I am hip deep in a upgrade to League Standings for the MSTW Framework. I will put up a post about it on shoalsummitsolutions.com shortly.
The sort order problem for rank has been fixed. The patch is on the plugin’s development tree on WordPress.org. All you need is the mstw-league-standings.php file.
How do you want teams with the same number of points to sort?

Follow the link I provided and download the DEVELOPMENT VERSION. I would only replace the mstw-league-standings.php file in your plugin directory.

I replaced php file and it seems that everything works!
I have one more question, are you planning to add to the tables an option that provide upload logos of teams? I have in my WP icons 64×64 px, so for example this logos would be automatically reduce size to 16×16 for example…juts question for the future..:)

Yes, logos are in the works with the MSTW Framework. I am currently using 41x28px logos in MSTW Game Schedules. Take a look at this table on the MSTW Dev Site. Let me know what you think.

It looks pretty good, but I think logos can be smaller for example standings at nhl.com. I think size of logos there is sufficient, what did you think?

They are very nice. Amazing what professional graphics people can do. I took my size from the NFL. There’s not a big difference.
