Email job poster when listing about to expire?

    Hey Mike,

    I’m using your plugin with Woocommerce Paid Listings. I’m wondering if there is or will be a way to send job posters a reminder email letting them know their listing is about to/has expired. Taking this idea one step further – is there/will there be a way for posters to extend their current listing? E.g. an email sent when a listing expires explaining that the listing is no longer live but that it can be extended by using the following link to renew the listing?

    Possibly a future add-on?

    Hi,

    You could actually write a little function to do that yourself, using wp_mail and the actions covered in http://codex.wordpress.org/Post_Status_Transitions

    Renewals is something I want to do in the future, just haven’t looked into it yet. Right now they would need to make a new listing.

    Thanks for the steer in the direction of doing this the function route. I will look into it for sure.

    +1 for the add-on if it helps you estimate number of potential sales. I know I’d buy it.
