Can't find signup HTML form, only widget

    It has not been removed. Will display if you have created a list that synchronizes hey WordPress role. You need to make sure that when you edit your list is set to “not linked”. Let me know if that solves your problem.

    We may not be talking about the same thing. If you are looking for the form HTML to include in a text widget using the short code, you just need to look on the subscribers tab. As long as the list is “not linked” then there will be a form button and you can get the HTML from there.
