Connect via FTP to your site, navigate to this folder
“wp-content/plugins/wp-mobile-detector/”.
You’ll see a “cache” folder. Right click and there should be an option to
set the permissions for the folder. You’ll want to enter 777 and then click
apply.
The actual steps may vary depending on the FTP program, but those should be
pretty close.
for security reasons my hosting provider does not allow me to set permissions to 777 any directory or file, I can only have 755.
this was his response: “William, for safety reasons is not allowed to assign permissions to 777 directories or files.
They are vulnerable to attacks files or directories with 777 permissions.
You can assign permissions 755.
Let me know if there is anything else I can do to help! ”
