Broken admin menu with WordPress 3.8 update

Got a problem on http://www.helmsley.info after 3.8 update and trying to add new menu pages. After saving new page and moving to the correct position on saving all, repeat all, menu pages appear on front end on the primary menu. Change to manage locations and re-choose Primary Menu after tick box no longer remembers choice and Primary Menu goes back to normal but has moved bottom menu page which was nested lower to top location and previous added page lost. Deactivated all plug ins but has made no difference.

Any ideas??
