Can i do this in wordpress? new project

Hi, I’m new to wordpress.org, but have dabbled a bit in wordpress.com. I’m about to make the jump to wordpress.org as I want to set up a new project.

Can anybody tell me if I’m able to do the following with wordpress.org.

I wish to set up a site where clients can login and write a profile about them selves. In this profile there will be pictures of their work, they have also uploaded them selves. I want other visitors and clients to be able to rate and comment on the pictures of their work. All the clients ratings will be averaged for everyone to see and a top 10 of the highest ratings will be visable on the homepage. I also want the ability for visitors to buy from the clients, directly through their profile.

Hope this makes sense. If you know someone doing this already on wordpress can you post a link?
