deprecated calls in plugin need updating

    Developer plugin reports the following deprecated calls in this plugin that should be updated to reflect current usage in wordpress

    Usage of user levels by plugins and themes is deprecated. Use roles and capabilities instead. (Deprecated in wordpress version 2.0.) :
    Argument in add_submenu_page()
    – Used in wp-content/plugins/page-and-post-lister/cg_pages.php on line 40.
    – Used in wp-content/plugins/page-and-post-lister/cg_pages.php on line 47.

    The siteurl option is deprecated for the family of bloginfo() functions. Use the url option instead. (Deprecated in wordpress version 2.2.)
    Argument in get_bloginfo()
    – Used in wp-content/plugins/page-and-post-lister/cg_pages_core.php on line 110.

    I really like this plugin and use it often, and would appreciate seeing these warnings go away what with the current rapid development pace of wordpress.
