Adding/Editing Links Widget

Hello,

I am brand new to WP. My question or plea for help is that when I add the “Links” widget to my sidebar, I only get the link category “Blogroll”. I’ve created another link category “Sacramento Local” yet I cannot get the “Links” widget to point to it. How can I edit that? The next question is how can I create another “Links” type widget for other blogrolls and point them to the appropriate links category?
