• I loaded a background image that is transparent in the middle. I want to have the curtains go over the edges of the main website. How can I bring the image from the background to the front… kind of like the “arrange” feature in photoshop?

    Here’s my site:

Thanks in advance – ps, I’m not a programmer so if this is really technical, please be kind… 🙂

As the background is applied to the web page’s body element, this is not possible.

You can get this appearance by adding an overlay div with absolute positioning and applying the background property to that, however this would be a terrible idea as it would prevent anything on the page from being clickable — for example links

Thanks… do you have any other suggestions? Maybe I can do some sort of border?

Any changes would be specific to the theme and as you are using a responsive theme you would probably have to make a lot of changes to accommodate that. Also support for commercial themes cannot be provided here, but you might get some ideas if you ask your theme vendor.
