The plugin works good, except the custom logo upload function. When i upload a logo from my computer, and i save it, it says that there is no logo uploaded.
What is going wrong?

Wich type of image are you trying to upload? It is possible to upload JPEG, JPG and PNG images. Please save the logo to one of these formats/types before uploading.
The plugin won’t accept anything else, because it will slow the generating process down to much.
I will notice it in the following update.
Also the image can’t be bigger then 30kb. Keep that in mind. I will also notice this in a update.
