eshop – shortcodes do not work

    Hi,

    I’m trying to create a new page to list some selected products, but when I use a shortcode in the content field, nothing is displayed.

    The products are configured, described, stock is available and checked.

    Anything I miss ? This behavior is so wrong that I must have missed something big in the setup …

    Can you replicate the problem using the default Twenty Thirteen theme with all other plugins deactivated?

    Thank you for the fast reply.

    Unfortunately I can’t do that right now, but shortcodes should work, as they are working with other plugins.

    For example, I use shortcodes from the NextGen Gallery plugin like
    [ngggallery id=1] to display a photo album on a specific page.

    Isn’t there another way to check if some plugin causes the issue ?

    Sorry – no. I can verify that shortcodes work just fine in eShop, so something else on your site is creating the problem.

    I have deactivated all plugins (except eshop) + changed them to use Twenty Thirteen –> shortcode still doesn’t work

    Actually I noticed that some shortcodes work !
    eshop_list_featured does work (after I check my product as featured), but eshop_show_product doesn’t.
    product001 is the id I have set in the product settings of my product.

    Test Product
    [eshop_show_product id=”product001″]
    Test Featured
    [eshop_list_featured]

    Did I do something wrong ?
