Problem with importing data to WP Blog with CSV UTF-8

    I want to import data using csv to my wordpress blog.

    The CSV import turns the non-english data in my file to junk characters like this “???? ????????????? ?? ???????????? ????”.
    How do I successfully import the non-english data using CSV importer to my wordpress blog?

    The different languages in Hindi, Gujrati, Punjabi etc.
