• Hi,

Thank you for including the custom post type support for the free version.
But, even when I enable it in the admin panel, then it doesn’t work.
I check the custom post type box I want to enable, and when I save, it’s unchecked…
Any clue how to deal with that issue please ?

    Thank you

    Hi Niko,

Can you try resetting your WPtouch settings and trying to re-enabed Custom Post Types? I can’t replicate the issue here.

    Same issue for me too
Resetting WPtouch settings does not help

After resetting, uninstalling, reinstalling… same issue. I can’t make this work.

Hello @tzvook and @nikofilmosphere what theme are you using? Do you think that you might have a conflict with a plugin? Have you updated to the latest version?

    Hi,

I’m using the Made Theme by Industrial Themes, everything updated.
I’m going to try shutting down some plugins in case there’s a conflict.

i am having exactly the issue – I check the enable custom post type options and then check the custom post types I want and save settings, and when the settings have saved, i find all the custom post types are unchecked…

I am using Grand College theme by GoodLayers

My theme does not have built in responsive option hence i am using this plugin…please advise

I disabled all my plugins and it’s still not working. I don’t understand what’s going on.

Hi NikoFilmosphere, try one of WordPress default theme.

    Kind regards

Where are the custom post types coming from? We’ve tested CPT’s added via themes and also via a plugin (like WCK), and can’t replicate the issue.

We had the same issue – some of our custom post types, added through plugins, were being selected fine, but the ones that were part of our theme’s functions file wouldn’t stay selected.

We got around this by re-registering the custom post types in the functions file of the wpTouch theme we’re using. It’s not ideal as it’s prone to being overwritten by an update, but hopefully if BraveNewCode can now replicate the issue, they can get it fixed.

Yes, I do have same problem.
