    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder inside wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    Why are you using an old copy of WordPress? Were you aware that your site is currently running a very real risk of being hacked? You need to upgrade WordPress asap.

    it works on chrome I have your login page, delete you browser cache and reopen it again.

    Esmi, I tried renaming my theme. Didn’t work. So I went back to old one.

    I tried resetting plugins folder name.

    I used the advice here:

    But I still can’t sign into my site.

    Once I can access my dashboard, I’ll try upgrading from 3.7 to 3.7.1. But last time I tried the automatic upgrade, I messed up my site.

    Fathi, I cleared my cache, and I still get this upon login:
    You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.

    Now I’m in! Perhaps a lag time between plugins reset and ability to log in.
