Videos in Posts??

I will soon have some videos that I can add to some of my posts for my blog, but I’m not sure how to implement them. I would like to have the video playing (or be able to be played using Quicktime) at the top of the post and all of the text underneath it.
How does one go about doing this? Is it possible?
