Login Failure Table not recording IP | WordPress.org

I’ve been reviewing the wp_login_security_solution_fail table and have noticed the most recent entries do not have an IP recorded in the data.

Earlier entries do, is this something an configuration change can resolve or is it the result of the attackers changing how they are executing the attacks?

Werid. Not sure what’s going on. You’ll need to debug it. Uncomment the log() calls in login-security-solution.php. Then examine the log file (/var/log/login-security-solution.log).

I can’t find a comment line with log() content.
Please provide more detailed information to locate the lines.

Open login-security-solution.php. There are 58 log() calls in there.

Perhaps your web server is behind a proxy or load balancer? Make a test script with a phpinfo() call in it. That shows everything PHP has from the HTTP request.
