Cannot activate plugin on local site

    Hi.
    I am building a site with Skeleton by Simple Themes and I was trying to modify some of the theme options but when I tried to install the plugin on my local WP site I get this error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare optionsframework_rolescheck()
    I already deleted and re-installed the plug in.

    Could you give me any clues as to what I need to do?
