Michael,

Maybe this is similar to the one you just answered but I don’t know how to interpret. Here’s the error:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STATIC, expecting ‘)’ in /home1/raya/public_html/jerusalempropertylocksmith.com/wp-content/plugins/testimonials-widget/lib/aihrus/class-aihrus-common.php on line 44

I tried deleting and reuploading and reinstalling the plug-in but still not working.

Same problem here. The offending line of code says:

add_action( 'admin_init', array( static::$class, 'check_notices' ), 9999 );

Had to disable plugin to get my site back. Will probably revert to 2.15.1 until this problem is fixed in 2.16.x

Just saw this: looks like a PHP upgrade is required

TJ – thanks for the suggestion. I don’t want to figure out the PHP so I reinstalled old version 2.13.1 and it’s working again.

Old and safe is nice.

Same here. The latest update Version: 2.16.2 broke my site and had to use ftp to overwrite with the old version. Please fix!

I haven’t, but I believe I am already running PHP 5.3. Checking with my host now…

I don’t know how to restore. I have deleted the plugin folder from FTP and I still get the error. Then I uploaded an older version 2.15.0 and still get the error.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this. The whole site and admin is erroring.
