Are you sure? That’s where I started but that page does say, “For all support questions please use the WordPress forums”. I’ll try the contact form there and see if I get a reply.
I’m very sure about the policy here :).
If the developers are directing paid version support here, that’s not good, and they need to change that. Hopefully their contact form is what you need.
Actually I think this is not only an issue for the pro version.
It seems like CAC doesn’t support taxonomy columns for media library at all. I can’t see my custom media taxonomies in the “type” select list as I see my custom taxonomies with other post types. Is this true? Or is this a WP core issue? Could the developer please answer this?

Hi! I’m not sure did I no right discussion but I have problem with Codepress Admin Columns sorting. I have wordpress v3.8 and plugin v2.1.1. I set to show custom field on custom post type and works fine, but sorting on that doesnt works. Any help with that?
Hi smujacic. If I understand your question, you want to sort by custom field. This feature is available only if you purchase the Pro version of the plugin (well worth it imho).
