WordPress theme not looking the same on mobile…

Hi there, this is the website that I’m working on. http://www.maryjanenewton.com. I’m using Elegant Themes (membership expired recently otherwise I’d have asked them), but the problem is that mobile version of the website has the navigation all over the place, but I want it to be the exact same as the desktop version. Any ideas? Thanks!
