PayPal cancel and return bug?

I started up the PayPal gateway.

I get to the PayPal screen OK.

If I click the link at the end of the PayPal login screen that says “Cancel and return to [my site]” I get a “This page has too many redirects” error.

The URL that PayPal is trying to return to is

My pay page has [woocommerce_pay] in it

Force secure checkout is NOT checked

My memory is set to 512M

Any help would be appreciated
