Email/Contact form not properly positioned

Really a big fan of this plugin and appreciate all the hard work that went into it.
Having an issue from the main/show all screen (http://www.glaaacc.org/membership/business-directory/)
when the user clicks on the email icon, it isn’t positioned properly and the one has to hunt up and down the screen to try and find the form. (I hope this makes sense – pretty easy to see on the page when you try it)

I’m sure it’s just an easy CSS/Positioning fix, just not sure where to go about digging it out – thanks in advance!
