Display notice in the location of shortcode

You can do this by inserting a second shortcode directly beside (directly before or after) your first shortcode, using the opposite attribute specifications, and include your hidden content message inside the second shortcode. For instance:

[eyesonly level=editor]Content[/eyesonly][eyesonly hide=yes level=editor]You do not have permission to see this content.[/eyesonly]

The first will show the content only to editors. The second will hide the content from editors and show to everyone else.
