Errors since update.

Since I did the update, some pages on my site are giving me a 404 error, that previously did not. It is doing it on all themes.

for example:

http://comicattack.net/category/publishers/marvel/page/75/

Also, when i select from the category drop down to view articles wrote by a specific person… it does not bring up just articles by that person.. for example:

http://comicattack.net/category/journalists/aaron/
this page includes articles by everyone.

but this page here is right
