jQuery Accordion menu: can I have a recovery copy?

    I created a series of menus with jQuery Accordion menu and I would not lose them. How do I save a copy useful for recovery in case of trouble?

    Ask your hosts to take a backup. How does this regard WordPress?

    Already discharge site on my pc with ftp. Is it sufficient to store the configuration menu? Which folder, in particular, preserves?
