Images with caption on editor

Hey there!

Im having this issue, that, when i add an image with caption, its comming up without caption to the editor… i have to edit the image again on the editor and add the caption again(wich is blank..).

Simulation:

First time i add an image to the editor with caption, it show without the shordcode [caption]:

after i click the button over the image to edit it, and fill the caption (again), everything is fine, like this:

how do i insert this caption without having to edit again?!?!
