Tax not applied before checkout

    I did this: I applied the tax settings in the admin panel and enabled tax on both the product and in general. Tax is turned on in the settings and on the product. I chose a tax rate and applied it to all markets. I even tried applying it to just the USA market.

    I expected WP e-Commerce to do this: Apply tax before checkout.

    Instead it did this: It is not applying tax prior to PayPal checkout.
