    Hi!

    With a payment gateway like RedSys (before Sermepa or Servired), the merchant doesn’t receive the customer’s credit card data. After the checkout, the customer is redirected to the payment gateway. There, the user fills up the credit card info. Then, the payment gateway notifies the merchant about the payment result: ok or not ok.

    It’s WooCommerce who sends the emails after the payment gateway notification. Maybe the notification is not reaching your server.
