Can anyone at least say where can I manually change these urls? Where is this information stored?
@logico7 – That is the most correct way to change those addresses, if you are unable to make those changes do to some other underlying issue that should be resolved first.
Have you checked for conflicts with other plugins or your current theme?

No conflicts, it’s still don’t work with other plugins deactivated. Furthermore it works great on test domain. It stopped working after migrating.
Found out that I can’t change these urls even on test domain. When I just click “save” without any changes it saves successfully. But If I change url, it gives me back blank page and nothing saved. Network inspector shows that response status is 404.
I’m really going crazy. I’ve tried everything I can, I spent an enormous amount of time to solve it. Please help, help, help!
