Support » Fixing WordPress » Built-in HTML5 Media Player Volume Control Displaying Incorrectly Firefox

  • When I view my site in Firefox 25 the audio control gets pushed underneath the player. It works fine in Opera, IE and Chrome. This also happens with Firefox in Ubuntu 13.10. I don’t have a Mac so I haven’t checked yet.

I notice that if I change the width of the containing div with Firebug, the one with a class of “mejs-horizontal-volume-slider”, it pops back into place. I changed the style rule in my child theme but when I reload the page the same thing happens- the style rule has changed but the volume slider is out of place. I’m using Karma by TrueThemes but I’m not sure if this problem is theme-specific.

Here is a link to the page on my testing server.

    Any help would be appreciated.

I just noticed the volume slider disappears altogether when the page width is less than 1023px.
