  • Hi X, when inserting an image or a gallery you need to select “Link to: Media file”.

Link to: ? I’m trying to load an image with within FancyBox from a NextGen gallery ?

I don’t know whether the latest version of WordPress has broken the relationship between NextGen and EasyFancy Box, but when I add an image to my post using Link to: Media file, the image loads as a separate page instead of an fancy-box window ?

Hi X, it looks like NextGEN has changed a lot since development moved to another company (sold?)… I’ve changed the NextGEN related instructions on http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-fancybox/faq/ recently but they might be out of date already, I don’t know. What I did notice the last time I activated NextGEN on my test site is that it has FancyBox integrated. This means you either have to use the integrated FancyBox and remove my plugin or switch off the integrated FancyBox to avoid script conflicts.
