It’s not working for me either but they don’t seem to care.
@vnr001 and @lemonpips – I’m the original developer but responsibilities were turned over to someone else recently and then as I understand it he became unavailable. It appears @vnr001 is on Windows; are you @lemonpips also on Windows?
Hi
I am able to activate the plugin but I get this message –
The DMCA Protection Badge for WordPress plugin is now activated. Please configure it’s settings.
When I go to settings, it asks me to create an account which when done takes me to wp-admin/options.php with a blank screen.
On the plugin list, the ‘Visit Plugin Site’ takes us to Google.com.
I am on Linux and WordPress 3.7.1
Can you please advise what can be done to avoid this message?
Regards
VD

It is on windows and linux. I have a local development version using WAMP and a live version usign LAMP at bluehost.com. Both have the same problem.

@vnr001 Both generate the same message? The Linux site outputs this error message that includes reference to “C:\”?
ERROR: C:\wamp\www\MV\wp-content\plugins\dmca-badge/C:\wamp\www\MV\wp-content\plugins\dmca-badge\dmca-badge-loader.php specified as a WP_Library_Manager loader file for the C:\wamp\www\MV\wp-content\plugins\dmca-badge\dmca-badge.php plugin does not exist.
I ask not to be facetious but instead to clarify if the problems are the same or the symptoms are the similar, but different problems. I’m pretty sure the plugin has not been tested on Windows and given the errors is likely not to work on Windows. But for it not to work on Linux in exactly the same way is puzzling. Can you provide more information about what is happening on Linux?

In windows with V1.5.4 says:
“El plugin no ha podido activarse porque ha provocado un error fatal.

@vnr001 Thanks. I can’t help beyond that without working with you directly and since I’m not currently the developer on the project (even though I’m still listed) I’m going to have to bow out for now. Sorry I couldn’t help more.
