How can I acheive the below permalink structure?

    I hav custom post with name 9447 , and I have a url parameter number=392310
    So the url is mysite.com/custpost/9447/?number=392310

    I want my permalink appear like mysite.com/custpost/9447392310/
    Is it possible? Please give some solution. Thanks in advance.
