Flat Rate Shipping bug – not calculating correctly

    Running latest version of WPEC, using built-in flat rate shipping (not fixed rate) with adjustments for international regions.

    When multiple items are added to the cart, the shipping calculator uses the *most recent* product shipping value (not total or highest shipping rate) – iow, the last item added to the cart is the entire basis for the shipping calculation.

    If you then *remove* the last item added to the cart, the shipping rate is $0 – it does not recalculate.
