Tax charged on states that should not have tax charged.

    I have the latest version of WP e-Commerce. My client is having problems where tax should only be charged to Hawaiian residents. But randomly, tax is charged on orders from Washington, CA, NY, NJ etc. The settings are such that I have it as “Apply tax when Billing and Shipping Country is the same as Tax Rate”

    Anyone know what’s going on or if this is a bug – or if there is a fix?
