i need to add a text limit with a counter in the left post area. i’ll need 140, but it could be different.
what i need to change?

You could do this with some custom javascript. Have a look at the answer here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/5533053/textarea-character-limit

I used a different script (from here) for the post-form and it works now.
But I need it also in the “comments reply” area but I can’t find a proper script or something. Can somebody help me please? thanks!
