Deleting WordPress Spam Comments Via FTP

Could anyone tell me how I can empty my WordPress spam folder via FTP?

I’m trying to empty the 1000s of comments already moved to my spam but WP won’t allow me to delete them unless I do 50 at a time. I just keep getting a URL is too long message whenever I try.
