Padding and Titles help request

    I have a widget I would like to customize but have no idea where to add the css code to do this.

    I added this to my custom css but nothing changed.

    .widget-title, .widget_colorful_text_widget h4

    Here is a screenshot of the top padding I want to minimize and the title I want smaller.

    Any help would be appreciated.
