how can i import an upload?

    I have an install running on 2.3.3 and am moving to 2.5 on another server. Yet, there is no option to put the WordPress extended rss in the upload directory like you can with mt-import. And the limit to upload is a 2mb file. My backup file is 62mb. How can I do this?

    The upload limit is set by your host in most shared server setups. Search the forums and you’ll find more information on that subject.

    As far as “importing an upload”, are you trying to import your posts in their entirety? You can do this via phpMyAdmin, which is often installed standard with many hosts. Sorry if I misinterpreted the first part of your question.
