My site is set for USD currency and as soon as it loads (my test page) I notice that it converts USD to USD making the fields change from $4.99 to USD$4.99. Is there a way to keep this from doing that if the default is already USD? In other words, to only convert once the combo box has been updated to a different currency? Thanks.

    Hi Chris,

It shouldn’t be doing that! It should work as you request already.

Can I just get you to check that the Site Currency field on the Settings -> LocalCurrency page is set to USD?

Also, do you have a link to your test page? That would help me troubleshoot the problem. If you don’t want to share it over the internet, then you can email it to me via my contact form.

    Thanks,
    Stephen

Thanks for the quick replies, Stephen!

If it shouldn’t be doing that, then the error may be on my site (it usually is)… Here is the test page:

this how the page should look:

and yes, the Site Currency is set to USD. I even tried to change it and then change it back to see if that would help, but it did not.

    Thanks again!

    Hi Chris,

as per the other topic, I’ve had something come up and I’m going to have to put this on hold for 2 weeks while I deal with that. After 2 weeks, I should be back to normal.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Cheers,
    Stephen
