Header Links Stopped working ! Noob Need Desperate help!

I have 2 problems with my website http://www.stagenightlife.com :

1. Links on my header stopped working all of a sudden. I click them and nothing happens. I dont think its the flash movie itself. Anyone have any ideas? I’m in desperate need of help!

2.Not as important as first problem, but songs on the website replays at every new page I click into, is there a easy way to make it continue play with out restarting?

I hope these questions do not piss anyone off, since some of these things must seem so simple to you guys, But I’m new to all this!
