[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Not receiving emails from the form

I have recently installed the contact-form-7 and found that I was not being forwaded the emails from the form, although they were appearing in my host’s server. I have my emails set up to forward to my own gmail account.

apparantly a lot of spammers have abused php mailers and as such, it is now being prevented that the use of the ‘nobody’ is not allowed (which is default by php mailer).

My server is trying to fix it at the moment, and so if you have this issue you may find that this is the problem
