Great for what it does but Flash

    I’ll say it right now: it’s Flash and that kinda sucks. However as a desktop application, it is fantastic. I’ve used it for the lifestyle purpose, and I’ve used the property search version on an agent’s website. While this doesn’t have the properties I can say that version is definitely a solid IDX. Minus one star for the obvious Flash problem.
